Microsoft could soon see the acquisition of Activision Blizzard, another giant in the video game sector, blocked by the US authorities.
With control of Activision, Microsoft could harm “competition by manipulating Activision’s prices and degrading the quality of its games for rival platforms,” all “to the detriment of consumers,” says the Federal Trade Commission in announcing its action to stop the operation.
