After the earthquake in Indonesia, a six-year-old boy was pulled alive after being trapped under rubble for 48 hours.
The little one, left under the debris without food or water, was rescued in a rescue described as “miraculous” by rescuers and filmed by local television cameras. The episode raised hopes that survivors could still be pulled alive from the rubble after a strong quake hit the city of Cianjur on Monday, killing at least 271 people. “When we realized Azka was alive, we all burst into tears,” said a local volunteer.
