America declared 4 leaders of banned organizations as global terrorists

The United States has declared 4 militants of Al-Qaeda in the subcontinent and banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) as global terrorists.
Web Desk: In the statement issued by the US Department of Foreign Affairs, Osama Mahmood, the emir of the outlawed Al-Qaeda in the subcontinent, and Atif Yahya, the deputy emir, have been declared terrorists.
Mohammad Maruf, who oversees the recruitment of the banned Al-Qaeda in the subcontinent, has also been declared a terrorist by the US Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Qari Amjad of the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan has also been declared a terrorist by the US State Department.
The US State Department says that Qari Amjad is the leader of operations and militants in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In this regard, US Secretary of State Anthony Blanken has said that the US is committed to countering the threats posed by terrorist groups active in Afghanistan.
Antony Blanken said that it must be ensured that Afghanistan does not become a haven for terrorists.
